Biography

Professor Brown is a Renal Medicine Physician at St George Hospital and Professor of Renal Medicine at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.  His clinical activities include general nephrology with specific interests in the fields of obstetric medicine and hypertension, including hypertension in pregnancy, and since 2005 he has helped develop Renal Supportive Care in Australia.

He is Director of the Renal Unit at St George hospital where he leads the Renal Supportive care team, Chairs the NSW ACI group on Renal Supportive Care, and is President of the International Society for the Study of Hypertension in Pregnancy. He has published several book chapters and about 250 peer reviewed papers.
